These are so easy to make, thoroughly packed with flavour and have a trace of indulgence with the heat, oozing chocolate filling.
French Toast with Maple Strawberries
French toast acquired from a café is often sugar-laden and not overly nutritious. This variation of French toast preferences just as decadent but is sweetened with only a touch of maple syrup and delicious berries!

These multipurpose fritters pack a punch when it comes to veggies and flavour. They pair correctly with my go-to clean avocado salsa on prime. I hope you get pleasure from them as a lot as I do!

This dish can be built employing whatever eco-friendly veggies you have in the fridge – I appreciate kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts most! Insert some pesto or chilli flakes to finish it off – yum!
